Growth,
in their own words.

I am truly honored to have been part of the inaugural class. My Leadership Tejas experience taught me more about myself and leadership than entire semesters of university study ever could.

I’m deeply grateful for everything I learned and the incredible people I met. I can’t wait to see the amazing leaders this program continues to cultivate!

I highly recommend Leadership Tejas to anyone seeking proof that individuals of Mexican and Hispanic descent can achieve great things in their personal and professional lives.

This experience was truly life-changing, and I am grateful for the investment I made in my growth. If you’re ready to elevate your leadership, I strongly encourage you to apply!

I am proud to have completed this program—it was an amazing experience! I highly encourage anyone passionate about leadership and community impact to join Leadership Tejas!
